REFERRAL FORM

School & Family Mental Health                     

Mental health practitioners provide individual and group counseling in schools throughout central and southwestern Minnesota. 

Challenge Program 

Site Based Intensive Mental Health Progam

CTSS Mental health services for youth with emotional and behavioral disabilities. Programming includes individual & group counseling and therapy.  Education staff provide academic services.  Third party revenues are billed at this site.
