Referrals
Referrals can be made by the student (self-referral), parent, teacher, school administrator, or community worker by contacting Counselors and Therapists at Futures or by contacting our main office at 320-214-9692.
Our Futures Program Provides:
The Futures Program offers CTSS mental health services to students in Mankato and the surrounding area. Greater Minnesota Family Services Counselors provide individual, group and family skills, and a full-time on-site therapist provides individual and group therapy.
Services are individualized and are in coordination with the child’s IEP and treatment plan goals. Children are generally enrolled in the program for one academic school year with the goal of successfully transitioning back to their home school.
The program is located at a separate school site with academic instruction provided by District 77 schools.
